1. What we collect
Tenant signup data (company, GST, drug license), user accounts, and the business records you enter into the apps (invoices, parties, products, etc).
2. How we use it
Strictly to run the platform you signed up for, generate compliance reports, send transactional communications (OTPs, receipts), and produce statutory filings (GSTR, e-Way, IRN) on your behalf.
3. Where it lives
India-region servers. Daily encrypted backups. Per-tenant isolation enforced at the database scope level.
4. Who can see it
Only your users + the minimum PharmIT operators required for support (audit-logged). We never sell or share tenant data with third parties for advertising.
5. Your rights
Request export, correction, or deletion of your data at privacy@pharmit.in. Statutory records (invoices, GST returns) are retained for the legally mandated period.
6. Updates
We will notify customers of material policy changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
