1. Account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use PharmIT only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian pharma, GST, and data-protection regulations.
3. Payments & refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days of a fresh signup; outside that window, refunds are at our discretion.
4. Data ownership
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time. We retain it only while you have an active subscription, plus a grace period for re-activation.
5. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend immediately for non-payment or terms breach.
