Privacy notice

This notice explains how PharmIT Services (“PharmIT”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, pharmit.live. It covers the website only; data processed inside the PharmIT applications is governed by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you request a walkthrough or contact us: your name, company, phone number, email address, city, type of business, the products you are interested in and any message you write.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely, such as your IP address and browser type, held in our server logs.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a walkthrough or proposal.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Who can see it

Only PharmIT staff who handle sales enquiries, and the service providers we use to host this website and store enquiries (such as our email and office software provider), under contract and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in discussion with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw your consent. Write to sales@pharmit.in with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we have handled your data, write to sales@pharmit.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
