PharmIT

PharmIT SFA

Field force automation that ends in a real order.

Tour plans, verified call reporting, prescriber orders, e-detailing, LMS training, samples, expenses and 46 reports — on the rep’s phone and the manager’s laptop. Orders booked in the field arrive in the ERP as live sale orders.

A medical representative verifies a doctor visit with a face scan; the SFA app confirms the face and records location, time and purpose of the call.

Why PharmIT SFA

What makes PharmIT SFA different.

0field orders retyped at billing

The rep’s order is the sale order.

A POB or hospital order booked in the field arrives in PharmIT ERP as a live sale order, matched to the catalogue and approved if it exceeds the rep’s limit. Invoiced, dispatched or short-supplied — the rep sees it on their own dashboard.

Tour programme

Plan the month. Lock the day.

Reps build next month’s plan from their standard tour programme and beats; managers review and approve it. Once the day begins, the day plan locks and beat compliance measures what was actually worked.

  • My STPA representative's standard tour programme — the beats they are expected to work.

Orders & hospitals

Prescriber demand, booked and approved from the field.

Reps book POB orders within their sanctioned limits; anything above goes for approval. Hospitals are registered through a CRF with an approval chain and billed at their agreed price matrix.

  • PoB Order ApprovalsApproval queue for field-booked orders.

E-detailing

Detail the doctor from the call screen — the right material, every time.

The rep opens e-detailing from the doctor’s call, next to samples, Rx and POB. Materials marked mandatory for a product are locked in, the approved version is always the one shown, and everything selected plays as one session. Head office sees what was shown, for how long and to whom.

Questions buyers ask

Does the SFA work on the rep’s phone?

Yes. Representatives use the PharmIT SFA mobile app in the field; managers and head office use the same system in a browser on their laptop.

How do you stop proxy call reporting?

Call reporting can require a face scan at the point of call, and every reported visit carries its location. Managers see the live day tracker, missed calls and deleted-visit audits.

Do field orders reach billing automatically?

Yes. A POB order booked by a rep arrives in PharmIT ERP as a real sale order, matched to the ERP product catalogue. Orders above the rep’s limit wait for approval first, and repeated submissions cannot create duplicates.

Do reports only show tables?

No. Every one of the 46 reports opens as a dashboard with KPI tiles, charts, AI insights and a forecast, and a Detail rows view holds the data behind it. Reports can be filtered by day, week, month or quarter, exported to PDF or Excel, scheduled by email, or queried in plain English.

Can we bring history across from our current SFA?

Legacy Import brings masters and history across from your previous SFA, and stockists sync from the ERP rather than being keyed again.

See PharmIT SFA on your own workflow.

Tell us how you bill, sell and pay today. We will walk you through the same work in PharmIT — your products, your schemes, your field structure.
