Tour plans & call reporting
Plan the month, verify every call, see the whole field.
Reps plan against their standard tour programme, report calls verified by a face scan and location, and managers see coverage, missed calls and the live day on a map.

The problem
What managers can’t see today
- Tour plans submitted late, or not at all
- Calls reported from home at the end of the day
- Must-see doctors missed for weeks without anyone noticing
- Joint work and coverage measured on gut feel
How PharmIT handles it
4 steps, one system.
Plan
Next month’s plan is built from the STP and beats, and approved by the manager.
Work
The day plan locks when the day begins; the live day tracker shows the route.
Report
Each call is verified with a face scan and its location before it is reported.
Review
Coverage, MSL, missed calls and beat compliance, for every rep and territory.
Tour programmes that get worked
Standard tour programmes, reusable beat templates and patches define the territory; monthly plans go for approval and the day plan locks once the day begins.
My STP
A representative's standard tour programme — the beats they are expected to work.
Create Tour Plan
Builds next month's plan, day by day, for approval.
Manage Tours
Manager view to review, amend and approve team tour plans.
Day Plan
The plan for today, activated and locked once the day begins.
Beat Templates
Reusable beat patterns applied to new joiners or territories.
Beat Compliance
Measures whether beats were worked as planned.
Calls verified at the point of visit
A face scan confirms the visit and the location is recorded with it. Managers approve call reports, and deleted visits are audited.
Call Reporting
The daily call report — who was met, what was detailed, what was sampled.
Face-recognition call reporting
A face scan at the point of call verifies the visit before it is reported.
Geo-tagged visit proof
Every reported call carries its location, so proxy reporting is ruled out.
Team Visits
Manager view of every visit the team logged.
DCR Approval
Approves or returns submitted call reports.
Deleted Visits
Audit of visits removed after submission.
Detailed with the right material
From the same call screen, the rep presents the approved, mandatory materials for each product as one session — and head office sees what was shown.
Detail from the call screen
Open e-detailing from the doctor’s call screen, next to samples, Rx, RCPA, gifts and POB.
Mandatory materials
Materials a product must be detailed with are marked mandatory and locked into the session.
One-session presentation
Selected materials across products are presented to the doctor as one session.
Versioned materials
Each material carries its version, so the field always presents the approved one.
Preview before presenting
Reps preview any material before they start the presentation.

Questions buyers ask
How does face-recognition call reporting work?
At the point of call the rep scans their face in the SFA app; the visit is verified and reported with its location, date and time, which rules out proxy reporting.
Can managers see reps in real time?
Yes. Field tracking shows where the team is on a live map, field activity gives a timeline of what each rep did, and the live day tracker shows the route, calls, orders and deviations for any rep’s day.
Which call reports are included?
Monthly call average and coverage, daily call details, doctor-wise day spread, missed calls, category and speciality coverage, HQ/ex-HQ/outstation coverage, visit frequency and compliance, call analysis, MSL detail and an executive summary.
