Support & help centre

How can we help?

A real person from the PharmIT team answers every request — no bots, no round-robin. Whether you are on the ERP web console or the field-sales mobile app, this page has the contact channels, response-time commitments and self-help for the things people ask us most.

What to expect

Response times, by severity

First response times, measured within our support hours ( Mon – Sat, 10am to 7pm IST ). If you open a Priority 1 request outside these hours, call the primary support number and leave a voicemail — the on-call engineer will call you back.

Priority 1

Under 2 hours

Production down, billing frozen, cannot invoice / dispatch, or data-loss suspected.

Urgent

Under 1 business day

A workflow is broken for many users but a workaround exists, or an integration has failed.

General

Under 2 business days

How-to questions, feature requests, cosmetic bugs, training and onboarding help.

Field-sales mobile app

Using the ERP field-sales app

The most common questions from field reps, area managers and admins — opened by tapping any card.

How do I install the PharmIT ERP field sales app?
Search PharmIT ERP field sales on the Apple App Store or Google Play, or use the direct link your organisation admin sent you. Install, open, and sign in with the credentials issued by your PharmIT admin.
First-time login and MPIN setup
You will receive a username and a one-time password from your organisation admin. On first launch, sign in, verify the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, and set a 4- or 6-digit MPIN for daily quick access. Forgot your MPIN? Tap Forgot MPIN on the login screen — a fresh OTP-based reset will let you set a new one.
Orders and collections are not syncing
The app queues offline activity and syncs when the connection returns. Pull-to-refresh on the home screen forces a sync. If the sync icon stays red for more than a few minutes on good network, sign out and sign in again — that flushes the queue against the server. Still stuck? Write to support with your device model, OS version, and the last-successful-sync timestamp shown on the sync banner.
I switched phones. How do I move my data?
Your data lives on the PharmIT ERP servers, not on the phone. Install the app on your new device, sign in with the same credentials, complete OTP verification, and set a new MPIN. Everything — orders, collections, party lists, targets — comes down on first sync.
How do I sign out or lock the app?
Open Profile → Sign out. The MPIN screen locks the app between sessions by default — you can raise the sensitivity from Profile → Security if you want the MPIN prompted on every launch instead of after inactivity.
How do I delete the app and remove local data?
Uninstalling the app from your device removes all locally-cached data. To also erase your account and server-side personal data, please see Delete my account below.
Your data, your call

Delete my account & data

Because PharmIT is a business-of-record system for pharmaceutical distribution, individual user accounts are provisioned and controlled by your organisation admin, not by the app itself. To close your account and remove associated personal data:

  1. Self-service (organisation admin): if you are an organisation admin, open Admin → Users → deactivate, then choose Erase personal data. Your organisation’s statutory records (invoices, GST filings, e-Way Bills) are retained per Indian law; personal identifiers linked to the user are removed.
  2. Individual user: ask your organisation admin to deactivate your account, or write to us directly at hello@pharmit.live with subject Delete my account — PharmIT ERP field sales. Include your registered name, organisation, email and mobile so we can verify you.
  3. Timeline: we acknowledge the request within 2 business days and complete deletion of personal data within 30 days, subject to statutory retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
